Built in bar seating is probably one of the most functional and spacing saving features you can add
What happens here
Once the pocket holes are drilled, align the composite decking boards side-by-side to form the desired width of the bar top panels. Use clamps to hold the boards tightly together, ensuring their faces are flush. Drive specialized pocket hole screws into the pre-drilled holes using an impact driver or cordless drill. This creates strong, hidden joints. After securing the boards, insert matching composite plugs into the pocket holes and secure them, then sand them flush to hide the fasteners, resulting in a clean and seamless surface for the bar top.
Goal: Assemble wide composite decking panels and hide screw holes.
