Building Outdoor Pergola ALONE!

What happens here

With the concrete forms in place, prepare to pour the concrete. Mix bags of concrete mix (e.g., Quickrete) with water in a wheelbarrow using a shovel until a consistent, workable mixture is achieved. Pour the mixed concrete into each of the four forms. While the concrete is still wet, carefully insert a 4x6 metal post anchor (Simpson Strong-Tie) into the center of each footing. Use a spirit level to ensure the post anchors are perfectly level and aligned with each other. Allow the concrete to fully cure for at least 24 hours, or according to manufacturer instructions, before proceeding.

Goal: Secure post anchors in level concrete footings
