What happens here
This video demonstrates the robust capabilities of a DR Pro XLSP walk-behind string trimmer for clearing severely overgrown areas, including wet ditches, dense dry reeds, muddy banks, and woody brush. It showcases the tool's effectiveness in challenging conditions, highlights its unique features like a quick-feed head, and provides a practical demonstration of line replacement. The primary focus is on the machine's power and versatility in tackling tasks typically beyond a standard lawnmower or handheld trimmer.

(5,093 characters)hey zach you're back from up north good like did you get the job done or did you get rained out it's still raining down there too so i didn't want to crack it open and have it dump on us yeah we got the dirt down there ready to go it tarped off so monday or tuesday we go down there and just bang it out quick you know if you're dropping the trailer and all this stuff i have yours off and then uh okay wants us to crack open that dump truck trailer he wants to peel the wood off there and then he wants to bring it into those welding guys when are you gonna start doing that uh i mean i'm coming here to grab some tools to do it you're gonna start it today yeah i know you said to bring a camera me when i do it so yep yep all right i'll get you hooked up all right cool all right well before what's that driveway looks nice yeah that came out pretty good all right you guys we got a lot going on it's the start of spring and one of the things that we're going to be doing today is beating the crap it's been a pipe dream of mine a pipe dream i don't know if that's the right word bucket list of mine since i was a young child to get myself one of these bad boys and i finally did i got myself the ex-1875 by dr now in the last video you guys saw me assemble that and test it out and that bucket list item for me was always to get one and i don't know why i've had an odd fascination with just beating the heck out of it because i've seen all those magazines where they're doing so much crazy things and i'm like can that little machine actually do that we're gonna find out today we're gonna have a lot of fun finding out we're going we're going nasty man bucket list item check hang out with me today and let's hurt some equipment [Applause] [Music] look at this it's picking up and throwing these all right let's see how the blades are holding up so far one two three four [Music] so getting a lot of stuff wrapped around the drive nothing really wrapped around the head a little bit right here that's not the end of the world and technically when i changed heads i don't maybe i didn't get that quite tight so that honestly could potentially be on me that little bit all right let's see what she does we still got all of her oh you tip her back she'll stall out they do tell you they can mow in wet conditions [Applause] i'd call this quick conditions guys how about you i think i just got a chill went up my spine keeping a half inch out helps for grabbing but you could always push it through right so you don't have to make it into a bigger deal than it is we're actually going to save these because why not save use trent stringer trim trimmer string or whatever that word is i just tried to that's it that is a quick feed head all right let's go to work [Music] i'm not sure [Music] all right here's the dealio this is no longer about power now we just want to see how well this can just give you a nice clean cut riding on the mobile in really nasty conditions it's soaked [Music] all right what do you guys think does she float pretty well i don't see any scalping you can see the wheels went through but i mean look at where my foot goes zero scalping hyper wet super soft conditions floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee baby let's go beat the out of it what do you think i don't know stan oh let me think for a little bit what do you guys think well why don't you try to go in some thicker brush like some woodier stuff but it's not really a brush mower stand it's really just more made from heavy grass is that really a practical application hey kick that guy in the pants for me i just want to see what it can do yeah i guess i kind of want to see what it can do too whatever you guys want oh oh i'm afraid i'm afraid for it stan don't be afraid you don't have to fear anything because you didn't pay anything for it i did sometimes it makes me feel mellow makes him feel mellow whiskey's too rough champagne costs too much and vodka puts my mouth in gear this little refrain should help me explain as a matter of fact i love fear all right guys well if you look off you can see it's starting to actually snow and i just got off the phone and i heard they've got 15 inches of snow coming north of us now this is up in northern minnesota but if that shifts down our way we could be plowing so i think what we're gonna do is start to get our trucks lined up see what we got for a crew and switch gears so that's gonna be the end of this video hope you guys enjoyed it i think we did put it through a lot of tests i mean we cut some stuff we cut banks we cut muck we cut mud we cut weeds if it was growing we cut it down to make it not grow anymore so hope you guys enjoyed the ride hope you guys enjoy when we just explore equipment together figure it out right wrong and in between it's a learning process but hopefully you enjoyed that process and that's our video for today hit that like button if you don't mind and hit that subscribe button it goes a long way thank you guys and god bless you guys and go get em we'll catch you on the next one makes him feel mellow
