Best & Worst heated (& non-heated) work clothes from Milwaukee, dewalt, Makita, Carhart and Dickies

as you indicated I know the reason these aren't on me guys I don't know if this battery comes with your coat this hoodie is amazing with the stock battery I just don't like the don't flex [Music] washer/dryer say every single night red white and blue the dog come here Coonan the dog lasts about maybe five minutes and then she's back into the house wine in there Frank yes go for a walk what's tempo we're dumping all our paperwork on you I do the same thing we're we're gate were turning all our rebate receipts over to my wife because she's the only one in the house that'll do it because I won't do it and Frankie doesn't do it with his so he's just giving up to her but the thing the thing is freaky I wanted to ask you about was the heated gloves all right so you got these big giant choppers right here cuz my hands never they have a hard time staying warm eat right well because you freakin rectum yeah like like look at that little look at that weird nobody dude you know my thumbs yeah they bust open it's a Frankie finger for you just and they just have I have a hard time keeping them warm right easy where I met which stops all activities when these fingers are doing anything so I'm always taking them off to do something yeah then my fingers get cold and once they get cold I gotta quit and come into the house and warm them up and then go back oh so with these so you literally got my hands cold and put my hands in these kids no matter once my hands get cold I'm done I got to go over someplace and warm them up okay so I've literally got my hands cold put these on turn them on the white light came on I'm not thinking I just thought they were on my hands got warm and I continued working here I find out there's three controls there's white blue and red Red's hot it's hot so this the would just the white warmed up my hands so I could continue work do you wear them no versus you big choppers if I'm dealing what would I still wear the choppers just because I don't don't need my fingers okay and would you will wrap these yeah I just figured use these for shoveling things that cat where I can use my fingers okay so these what Frankie is talking about these these are the Milwaukee heated gloves and I put them on and they were too small and I don't have big hands I got longer fingers Frankie's got more sausage fingers and how do they fit your hand cuz there's a good knife this is large because actually once you get them on so far you actually got a pull and they give you a pull string on him which is cool they do that that pull string is freaking awesome we gotta do one thing and they're hard to get on but once you get him on then they then they fit nice now they're comfortable okay so when I was wearing a my phone that they were binding up right there I think that kind of bugged me like instead of it going all the way down but again my fingers are longer so my fingers would max out up here which would keep that knot would be down here yeah well I mean not quite that much my knuckles right now all right all right well you can see when I bend okay but yeah I mean they're comfortable I got no problems where I don't my me name see now it looks too nervous you're not binding up right there I mean guess I mean I don't know I'm just being very I'm not very critical but hey whatever I mean everybody's hand it's gonna fit everybody's hands different if it works I guess the point is did it action does it actually there there's my wall red white and blue and when I first turned them on they're on white which is that's this late bra are warm and they literally did the job of warming my hand up I didn't have to come back into the house and warm up and then go back home not knowing there was two more controls blue and also red that's your hot that's your high setting yeah I don't know if you've tried out the longevity of the batteries is that at all no I've never the fact these are the I just like put a full charge on these and I haven't warm out yet because it says in in sessions instructions to where I'm completely out before you recharge them if you are any of the Milwaukee work close me up yet oh I know where car hearts anymore all I had was car respect if you go on my basement you will see the whole I thought I'd give you like a bunch of master I've got what I'm wearing this area I didn't give him my Milwaukee this we're sure I gave him this part this doesn't seem like a big thing can you see that in their neck this right here can you see this no no it's it's like a weird flex liner right so like it's there's no binding nothing I mean that was one of the things like I get all the layers on and then you feel like a sausage and you can't move right with this thing it's I don't know what they did but it's the exact opposite of binding one oh god this is the warmest clothes ever like this is heated gear but I don't I use them I bring a battery along and I don't if I have to ever turn it on then I know I don't have the right layering system and I'm going to show you guys the perfect layering system it took me three years because of all the different combinations of clothes they have it took me three years but I got it down now where I don't use the battery don't need the battery don't you don't need it yeah it's heated but what's tempo it's 15 degrees outside what's the windchill the winch it is currently minus 2 degrees what does that in Celsius the wind is kaki minus 19 degrees Celsius hmm okay so when it gets that cold no matter what even colder than that I still have to take the Fox for a walk when it gets this cold the dog come here huh the dog laughs about maybe five minutes and then she was back into the house whining and crying so from top to bottom I'm gonna show you what I wear this has been three years of research three years of doing this day every single day cuz there's no breaks for walk in the Fox the Fox has to be walked [Music] yay starting from the bottom up Keene workbooks these are Keene winter work blues which ones they are I don't know but they got this nerdly grip on the bottom when you're in snow these things are awesome when you walk into the house with snow packed on these you are going to fall down be careful I don't know what the nerely grip is on the bottom but it's dangerous in the wrong place and it's perfect in the right place Duluth trading pads these are insulated no the reason these aren't on me guys is because they got itchy this was the first time I've taken them off since November so I took them off to put them in the wash and that's why you guys get to see him otherwise they'd be right here and speaking of right here always always always the Milwaukee bibs these things are super comfortable super flexible I can move and groove they don't bind you up problem is I got a fight with her over them half of the time she takes my bib all the time so any time we're going for a walk together with the bots it's always a race to see who can get the VIMS first that's why you've got a mine that's why I got a mug so then I always use a wha insulated waffle shirt my base layer above the waffle shirt is right here now this is heated but when you do it this way you can carry a battery with you but you won't need the battery unless you well you won't need the battery trust me so I don't know what coat this is but this is always the base layer coat put this one on and what this the system does it gives you complete flexibility so you're not bound up like a sausage like that kid on the Christmas story right and his mom packed him in too tightly then you put the heated hoodie on I usually keep the battery in the heated hoodie it's just the way I prefer it I don't ever keep the battery in the outermost layer I like to try to keep it on an innermost layer the heated hoodie and the thing about this hood guys this hoodie is probably the best hoodie ever because when you pull it up and you zip it up it actually comes all the way underneath your chin it's beautiful this hoodie is amazing for getting tight in to keep the wind from going down in your net and the outer layer is not heated this is all Milwaukee they're not sponsoring this I use all of the different brands I've grown up with Carhartt Milwaukee's work gear beats Carhartt hands down there's no comparison this is the non heated outer coat and I don't know why but this combination is the absolute best but then to give myself the most freedom I'll take the steel it's just a steel neckerchief I don't know it's just a steel neckerchief made by steel I don't know what they use it for if it's for logging or what I put that on and then I also use weird but I found that these steel work gloves are my favorite in fact I hi every time I'm done wearing them I hide them I don't keep them out because they will disappear that's the only reason why I can still wear them they're not super insulated but they're just warm and comfortable and fit right and so this is the outfit I wear when I take the hot out to go get the Fox with the wife to go for a walk even when it's as cold as it is tonight or a lot colder what what's that when you're but this light right here always goes with us it's just got this really cool head on it and it's got three different light settings so anytime I work out side at night or I go outside at night that goes right in my pocket like that and I'll the head down and then if something's up I can hit the button and it maintains it just shines right where I need it to be what's wrong mama you having a hard time getting 14 child sized pants buttoned you don't need Oh couple things I want to show you guys to at least on the Milwaukee their pockets are reinforced so that's a pretty important thing to know because I always have something here always phone here and at least with this is their outermost coat this thing has got like the perfect pockets the only thing I don't like are the side pockets even though they're reading this you know you were see that every time she wears like oh it's fill help this is what I find she's guilty see that is that the Lucky guilts right she see he's smart he's anytime I put up in that spot he's always like that so anyway one of the things obviously it's deep enough for all of the what is this blue pill okay oh you want the camera back nothing all right the only thing I don't like is I'd like this part to be a little bit taller and I know I'm micro criticizing things but I noticed when I'm sitting down at events and I put my phone in now I never leave home without this this is this comes with I don't know if this battery comes with your coat but this will power your coat will heat your coat so you always got to have one anyway and it charges up your phone right and so I mean I keep my phone charged 24/7 I stick it in my pocket like this because that's the easiest way for me to do it and then I notice when I'm sitting on a bench and I'm cheating for my son because he's rocking out on the basketball hoop this thing keeps flopping out no difference no zippers just it could be a Titch deeper um now one of the other things that I want to show these guys is the inside pockets do have zippers and it's also got a slit and that slit allows you to fish a headphone through so if you want to wear headphones you can do it this coat is missing a pocket on this side it would be nice but this is the your outer layer and this thing just freaking them oh you're busy over there doing your paperwork's but I got a question for you what are these coats is brand new and one of them it's three years old I wore when I was attached by 22 foot Python a guy bang fangs in it I've been out greasing and wearing it and I've been working in it literally job site after job site for three years my favorite coat I go anywhere with one of them is brand new the other ones three years old which one do you know no thankful look good I think the one on your right hands it's the older one this one this one you think is the older one are you sure is that your last guess that's my last guy left her right you guys guessed too [Music] because I need one of the coats for me alright so here's the thing you guys she guessed that this one is the older one mm-hmm okay you hold the one that you think is old this one is the older one which one this one is that one is yes huh wait a minute all right or was I right you don't know let me know I was right no no this is the only way I can tell I like got something on the inside of this right there okay and then like make sure you guys something this is one of the coats that is going to most impress you and least impress you okay the reason I say that this is absolutely my favorite coat but I hear a lot of negative feedback from people because it's a heated outer shell it is literally the toughest coat that they've ever wore in my life of any manufacturer hands down period this will outlast a Carhartt a Dickies anything on a job site there's no competition whatsoever this is was bit and that one of the only gunfire one of the I got one hole and I was bit so we need now you guys know that I love animals I absolutely love animals for this role [Music] she just took the strike position I guess hole I think it was like I think we did a count I can't find the one it's a little teeny tiny hole no lookit this has had grease on it like literal grease and it wipes off it just wipes up you sprayed me down with a garden hose in this coat I stuck it with newspapers and the was I was bone bone dry [Music] now this coat I wear probably more than any other piece of clothes in my life not just when it's cold up but when I travel because it's got the perfect pocket placement say that fast five times mm-hmm perfect pocket placement you've got one here one on the inside opposite pocket a zipper one as well you've got your side pockets which completely zipper up and you got your big kangaroo pouch which is too must be wearing my coat it's got this big giant kangaroo pouch in the back which is really so the battery placement on the mid wha here is definitely different than the battery placement on the both Dewalt and mäkinen we're gonna show you with the Milwaukee you get this giant pouch and what you can do with this humongous pouch that's like this never-ending void is you can slide your battery around now one of the drawbacks to the Milwaukee this coat it's not very warm it's heated but it's more of a really super tough outer shell but it's not a super warm outer shell and a lot of guys spend this the money on this thing thinking that it's a one and you're done and nothing could be further from the truth you put this on you need a layer inside but more importantly it's better to have your warmest layer on the inside and then use something like this which will keep you dry and keep completely keep the elements I've liked this zipper right here look at this zipper super easy to zip and it folds over another thing I don't like about these you turn it on your main button is like right there right out in the world that's like why is your chest glowing that's because I'm such a happy guy right one thing that this does have it's got three three suspension settings he has separate hand warmer so this is your hand warmer so if you just want your hands warm you can turn that on I turned it off and put your hands in your pocket and then your hands up separately from the rest of the cult pretty freaking sweet three settings blue is medium white is whatever but so this has got absolutely my favorite coat best outer shell protection of any of them but not the warmest not necessarily a nice comfy poked oh check this up love this the makita coat it's really comfortable and it's got these nice big thick cuffs right on the end of it now I went with the camel edition they have it in black this has a nice fold over zipper but I'd like you to try this coat on the zipper and the makita coat isn't that big forgiving zipper that you have on that coat runtime guys it's going to be one of those questions that you would evitable you're going to ask about an hour and a half with the stock battery at best but you can upgrade any of these coats this coat will run off the m12 platform or the m18 platform this colt runs off from makita's standard platform and it'll give you extra battery life one of the things with the pouch on the makita it's not as big but here's your interface so you also have the USB to charge up your phone with okay you're gonna get the stock battery which technically these don't come with the bat these coats at least didn't come with a battery maybe they have an option by the time you see this that comes with a battery will typically run a little longer because it's the bigger the battery the longer the runtime in fact you can get a full day now you get an hour and a half off the battery that I showed you so that when I left you an hour and a half with a new battery in this one yes times battery hour and a half runtime this charged battery hour and a half with this battery you take the standard Makita battery it's gonna double or triple that because it's just a bigger battery right and the makita coat but you can also switch that coat over and use them battery platform and the eye padam run 24 hours literally 24 hours on the highest setting in the Milwaukee as well now we're talking about the benefits of this one your your goal button is on the inside pocket so it's a little bit less yes nice zippered front pocket here it is completely missing another upper chest pocket which would have been nice does have the zippered pockets down here now this caught has something that's pretty cool you guys I want to show you and that is the ability to wire all the way from your battery pouch which is here you can wire run a wire through the inside of the coat and up and right into your pocket so you can feed a line up and through you can have a feed line come right through here what's the benefit to that well so if you want to wire headphones through you can a lot of different things they just give you access so whatever you want to get clever doing this is a this is a little bit more insulated than the Milwaukee what do you mean thank you we're a bigger jacket over the top of that incident well typically these are more of an outer shell no I haven't been able to do the testing like I have with this one this seems an outer shell this is that this is an it's a freaking I don't know I'm in love with that coat so it's also gonna shed like burrs and things like that so if you're going if you got in situations like that where you got cocklebur shut up you phone sir I could never see you miss your other that's oh oh oh now they didn't mention it um now that you and I've been wearing these specifically getting ready for this video and I never seen it the sleeves zip off on this coat so this turns into of X so the the best actual work gear is the Milwaukee system and I've done Milwaukee under layers to wall over layers Makita I've combined them all and I found out that just Milwaukee with Milwaukee is the best and they're not paying me to say this is just literate me because obviously I have all of these guys here and they all have their benefits and all drawbacks but this this coat is just stiff it has no flex right here so when the Milwaukee it has flex right yep you yeah nope you still have the extra stitching right in the armpit with those so this got the the dual fold fold fold this one nothing nothing guys very stiff not once you've tried some of the other gear you know what I mean now let's look…
