What happens here

The mulcher uses cast hammers as its teeth, designed for pruning applications in orchards and vineyards. These hammers are more resilient to impacts than carbide teeth and are less likely to fracture or chip when encountering obstacles like rocks. This design allows them to get out of the way when hitting hard objects, minimizing damage to the attachment.

Goal: Learn about the mulcher's hammer-type teeth and their benefits for durability.

got it uh but this is a cast Hammer it's used for in a mulching industry when you're doing prunings is what it was originally designed for okay an orchard and Vineyard applications this curve actually creates a vacuum and no it picks material up off of the floor off of the ground holds it up inside these are swinging around and they come in close contact with these counter Cutters that are hanging down okay so material is brought in and it's shaved across those points all the way around here which helps take a branch and make a mulch out so my question to you then is because I'm used to looking at forestry heads and as soon as our carbide teeth start to fracture and chip that's a big No-No because we don't want one of them son of a ducks flying off and hitting us
