What happens here
Apply white lithium grease generously to the threads of the main screw and the internal channels of the movable jaw and main body. Reassemble the vise by first attaching the main body to the rotating base, securing it with the Allen bolts. Insert the movable jaw into the main body, ensuring it slides smoothly. Thread the main screw into its nut/collar, and then insert this assembly through the vise body and into the movable jaw. Secure the retaining ring (circlip) on the main screw and insert the new cotter pin to hold it in place. Finally, attach the painted handles to the main screw. Tighten any remaining bolts and test the vise's operation to ensure it moves freely and clamps securely.
Goal: Reassemble the vise with proper lubrication for smooth operation.
