Install Roofing Shingles and Exterior Siding

What happens here

Install the final roofing material, typically asphalt shingles (e.g., GAF Timberline HDZ). Start from the bottom edge of the roof and work upwards, overlapping each course according to manufacturer instructions. Secure each shingle with roofing nails. Ensure proper flashing is installed around the perimeter and any penetrations (like skylights) to prevent leaks. Finally, apply siding to the exterior walls of the attached structure. The video shows installing horizontal vinyl siding on one wall and applying house wrap to other walls in preparation for different siding materials.
