Backyard Transformation Time Lapse - INCREDIBLE Before And After!

What happens here

Excavate a trench along the perimeter of the deck where water drainage is needed. Lay a perforated PVC pipe in the trench, enveloped by a geotextile filter fabric to prevent clogging. Backfill the trench with gravel, compacting it thoroughly. This creates a French drain system to manage water runoff. Simultaneously, prepare the sub-base for the new paver patio by spreading and compacting a layer of gravel. Install concrete border blocks (e.g., EP Henry) to define the patio edges and contain the pavers.
