What happens here
After a section of concrete has been poured and initially spread, it's crucial to consolidate it using a concrete vibrator. Insert the vibrator's head vertically into the wet concrete, allowing it to sink under its own weight. Hold it in place for a few seconds until air bubbles stop rising to the surface, and the concrete around the vibrator appears shiny and fluid. Slowly withdraw the vibrator, ensuring the hole it leaves closes up. Systematically move the vibrator across the entire poured section, overlapping each vibration point to ensure thorough consolidation and removal of trapped air pockets, which increases the concrete's strength and density.
