Construct Fire Pit and Seat Walls

What happens here

Construct the circular fire pit and any accompanying seat walls as depicted in the design. For the fire pit, ensure a stable and level base (usually on the compacted aggregate base of the patio). Use heat-rated segmental wall blocks or natural stone to form the outer ring, stacking them according to manufacturer instructions. Apply high-temperature landscape adhesive between courses for durability. Install a pre-fabricated metal fire pit insert to contain the flames and protect the stone. For any integrated seat walls, construct them using segmental wall blocks, ensuring they are level, structurally sound, and aesthetically integrated with the patio's overall design. Stagger joints for strength and use landscape adhesive between all courses.
