30 days in Jail over dirt?!?

damn it looks like i need a welder we're maxed there we go there we go now we're getting there well i guess i did something wrong i had that pile of sand down there and the idea was my grandkids would they played it they'd love that sand they would jump from one pile to the next pile and then i gotta notice that that sounds too close to the shoreline and i've got to move it a hundred feet away from the shoreline so i actually measured it all the way up the hill right there's the hundred foot mark i put my grandkids play sand up there i put silt socks around it and now i just got another letter saying that if i don't get that moved off my property within the next 12 days i face 30 days in prison and a thousand dollar per day fine not joking i guess i got on somebody's radar screen so now i've gotta remove that and restore it or go to prison would it be prison or jail there's a difference i don't know i haven't been to either yet hopefully i won't so let's get that gone but to get that god means we gotta hook up to the dump trailer and haul her away and haul some new black dirt in and move materials and seed it and let's just do that let's not go to jail or prison one or the other you do not collect two hundred dollars you're not you're going straight to jail you go past go you do not click 200 or whatever the thing is when you said jail it popped into my head so zach is actually working on a different video we tried to get going today we've got a camera going we wanted to get the flymo going and zach then boldly claimed what did you claim zach that i could fix anything but i have regardless of i have no clue what i'm doing okay so i you know maybe you better think before you say stuff like that because when you say it around me i'm going to put you up to it then except to fly more except to fly more all right let's get at the dirt monkey trailer get her hooked up load it up with sand get some black dirt brought in get some seed throw down and get to work hopefully we have juice in and not it this trailer out [Music] all right neighbor's dog came over say hi you always gotta say hi to the neighbor's dog all right i gotta make that pile of sand get into that and then haul it away well you know what you guys i'm gonna try using the four in one bucket for more than looks i've never actually used it i try to grab the silt sock with it and get that we got a letter we got her letter saying if we don't look at that lady that stopped here ah you seen her i said somebody stopped here but nobody she didn't come and see anyone anymore she asked about the homeowner so what happened so a lady stopped frankie and what he said she come to check on the sand pile on the sand pile yeah okay so that's so yeah we got we got a letter saying that if we didn't get that sand pile moved by july 31st i think nikki goes to jail for actually it actually did say she could go to jail for 30 is it three years or something like oh i don't know it was 30 days or three i don't know here's where it gets tricky though i'm not gonna take big loads cause i gotta back this i'm gonna snake this through the woods bath backwards and um try to get get it off my this property and dump it so i want more control all right let's try to snake this back through the woods [Music] look at this tree's right in the way well if i could get right out here yeah i could put her right over there and be just technically i could put her right there too and be just fine okay so you want me to try to hit that spot now we should make up your mind all right new spot i didn't technically hit not bad for the passenger side oh dirt monkey don't break your don't break your arm patting yourself on the back i've actually seen other youtubers do that where they're like i know one one other youtuber he was like you know everything i usually every plant i usually come up with works out wow i wish i could say that i can say nothing even close to that i'm just happy when one does work out like this i don't know that load of dirt is coming out you guys that's a fatty let's just get her in the air see what happens i'm praying it comes out you guys tell me you think that one's coming out i don't think so really hoping it does but i don't like how that first stage sounds already please go go go go so this telescoping hoist has three stages and it's usually the third stage where it stalls out and i can normally tell just by the sound of the first stage how the third is gonna go second stage we get a third stage that's where she could stall please go and if it's too heavy it'll stop all right let's go here we go let's unstick it without doing much [Music] i think that was enough to get her to keep going nice third stage is in the air so we're fully up now i got a little too close to that stump so question is my door gonna rip off when i do the herky so in a brilliant polish move which i am 50 of and slightly proud of i get stuck between a stump and a pile of sand but i've got a lot more material to haul with this trailer even though i can get the sand out it's not going to grow grass underneath and i was told on the order that i've got to restore vegetation so i need to haul in some material that will do that all right i think that stump got me yes sir that stump got me dang it dang it dang it dang it that's a big mean bull there's a dark one right in the middle there's one bull over there to just he gives you the look like i'm a bull and you're not don't mess with me we don't need a full load but we need enough to get some grass to start sprouting oh so [Music] in another video i did people were asking me about all this string binder twine all this stuff so this is all basically cow manure that's been composted and so this is all the hay uh all the actual twine from the hay so when we cleaned out the barn this would be on the bottom we would mix that in with the manure this is basically pure manure and mix it all together so the hay remnants and the cow manure and everything just work together but that doesn't decompose so that's why we have it there you go we're only going to throw another couple scoops on oh you guys got me thinking it's not as big as the last pile but we should be able to climb right over the top of it so let's go right through all right let's bring you inside green means go that's rabbit gear rabbit gear is off let's climb the pile we're not in rabbit here we're maxed there we go there we go now we're getting there [Music] not in rabbit here throttled all the way up there we go she just needs a little love all right almost busting through all right let's drop that off and try it one more time okay now we're empty let's give that same hill a shot yeah oh yeah no issues right up and over oh yeah there she's got it she just she just didn't like having that big fat bucket on her that's all [Music] my favorite one of my favorite parts of this trailer is this magic button right here this jack lifesaver lifesaver [Music] that's it no no cranking how easy is that that is called a still well jack they're x-ray but i think you can get them on any trailer and i would if i were you guys we gotta walk over and get the skiddy now looks like baby knows where she's going boy the drought has been terrible up here that's just affecting everything you guys getting hit with the drought or what's your weather like where you're at man up here we've been getting nailed with just terrible terrible drought we can't get a break from it electric fence gets you all at once yeah we gotta watch out for them cows they see you you're not gonna like it it's nice to have cows and animals on the farm though we've had them on the farm for well i'm 50 so we've had them on the farm for 50 years every year without fail but it gets to be a little less and less every year you know it's kind of sad to see the end of an error that dirt in here stinks oh i left the key back at the cabin site [Music] green means go [Music] let's go get the sand cleaned up and then we got to top dress it with black dirt so that we can get something to grow on it because they want us to reestablish vegetation and there's just the subsoil out here is pure sand so let's get this touched up and uh [Music] this is how we used to grade everything out back in the day before we ever had heavy equipment and i kind of forgot how fun it was just to hook up a four-wheeler grab an old section of fence and drive around and see what you can do but that one concrete block just doesn't want to play nice [Applause] it's not easy holding a 25-pound bag of sand sand seed in one hand a camera i don't know if my pattern is going to be the best as the seat is going down so is the sun and my pattern isn't quite where i want it to be i've still got to hand rake everything in the thick spots will get pulled and pushed into the thinner spots to spread it out evenly sand is gone black dirt is over where the sand used to be so we can now grow grass it's seeded silt fence has been reestablished or silt sock has been laid out and that should hopefully be just good enough to get that back to normal so we
