This segment features Makita's new small, compact, and lightweight SDS-Plus chipping hammer. This tool accepts standard SDS-Plus bits, offering easy and quick bit changes with its one-touch shank mechanism. A notable feature is its 360-degree bit adjustment, allowing the operator to orient the chisel bit optimally for the job without needing to adjust their own body position. The hammer also incorporates a variable speed dial for controlled operation, independent suspension in the motor housing to absorb vibrations, and Makita's Active Vibration Technology (AVT) for actively dampening vibrations directly from the source, enhancing user comfort and reducing fatigue.
