This segment introduces Makita's new DKP181 3-1/4 inch brushless planer, slated for release in the first quarter of 2020. This cordless tool is designed to mimic the performance and features of Makita's premium electric planers. It includes a convenient foot rest at the back, three distinct chamfering grooves on the front for various edge treatments, and the capability to perform rabbet cuts (or shiplaps) on the side. Additionally, it features dual chip ejection for efficient debris management and offers a full range of depth adjustability for precise material removal.
