Slowly turn both shutoff valves counter-clockwise to turn the water back on. Use a flashlight to inspect all four connection points (two at the faucet, two at the valves) for any drips or leaks. Then, turn on the faucet and test both hot and cold handles to ensure correct connection and proper water flow. Let the water run for a minute to flush out any debris.
