After assembling the pipe structure, it is mounted to the wall. The presenter first pre-drills pilot holes into the wall where the pipe flanges will attach. He then positions the entire pipe assembly, ensuring it is level, and uses a DeWalt cordless drill with a screwdriver bit to drive screws through the holes in the black iron pipe flanges, directly into the wall. He secures both the upper and lower flanges, transforming the loose pipe assembly into a fixed, functional wall-mounted holder for paper rolls.
