Using your finalized design and measurements, accurately cut all PVC pipes to their required lengths with a PVC pipe cutter or a hacksaw. Ensure that all cuts are clean and straight to allow for proper fitting and a stable structure. After cutting, use sandpaper to smooth any rough edges on the PVC pipes, as well as on the wooden boards to prevent splinters or snags. Next, cut the wooden boards to the specified dimensions for your shelves using a circular saw or hand saw. If you plan to include a mesh backing, cut it to size as well, preparing all components for assembly.
