Step 4 · Install Weatherstripping

Measure and cut the weatherstripping to fit the length of the channels where the sash slides. Peel back the adhesive backing a few inches at a time and press the weatherstripping firmly into place along the edges of the sash where it contacts the frame when closed. Ensure it creates a snug fit without obstructing the window's operation.
