Step 3 · Apply Caulk

Load a caulk gun with paintable acrylic latex caulk. Cut the tip of the caulk tube at a 45-degree angle to create a small opening. Apply a continuous bead of caulk along the identified gaps, ensuring it fills the entire crevice. Smooth the bead with a damp cloth or your finger to create a neat finish and ensure good contact with both surfaces. Wipe away any excess caulk immediately.
