Step 6 · Mix the Epoxy Coating

Read the epoxy manufacturer's instructions carefully. Typically, a two-part epoxy system requires precise measurement of both the resin (Part A) and the hardener (Part B). Pour the measured components into a clean mixing bucket. Mix thoroughly with a drill equipped with a mixing paddle for the specified time (usually 2-3 minutes), scraping the sides and bottom of the bucket to ensure all material is incorporated. Be careful not to whip air into the mixture.
