Step 5 · Final Cleaning and Drying

After etching and rinsing, or after grinding and vacuuming, it's essential to ensure the floor is completely clean and dry. Use a wet vacuum to remove all residual water or dust. For etching, a final rinse with clean water may be necessary, followed by squeegeeing the water towards a drain or collection point. Allow the concrete to dry completely, which can take 24-72 hours depending on humidity and temperature. Use fans to accelerate drying if necessary.
