Step 4 · Reassemble and Test the Faucet

This is the step people usually slow down on. Go finger-tight first, then a quarter turn. No rush — replay the clip whenever it helps.

Reassemble the faucet components, ensuring everything is properly aligned. Reconnect the supply lines, and slowly turn the water supply back on. Carefully inspect all connections for leaks. If any leaks occur, turn the water off immediately, and re-tighten all connections. Test the faucet thoroughly by turning the handles fully on and off several times.
