Step 2 · Disconnect the Faucet Supply Lines
This is the step people usually slow down on. Go finger-tight first, then a quarter turn. No rush — replay the clip whenever it helps.
Using a basin wrench (or adjustable wrench if needed), carefully disconnect the supply lines from the faucet tailpieces. Place a towel or bucket underneath to catch any drips. Don't forget to plug the sink drain to prevent losing small parts during the process!
