What happens here

After cleaning, machines are moved to the service department. Mechanics perform comprehensive checks and repairs based on the initial inspection report from Fleetio. This includes oil changes, grease jobs on all joints and pins, checking and topping off all fluids, and inspecting/replacing air filters. Any physical damage like rust spots on bumpers, broken mirrors, or other bodywork issues are addressed. Bondo (body filler) is applied, sanded smooth, and the machine is repainted to restore its aesthetic appeal. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that the equipment is mechanically sound and visually appealing before being offered for sale.

Goal: Restore equipment to optimal mechanical and aesthetic condition.
