Project Introduction and Hay Wagon Overview

What happens here

The video begins with an overview of the project's goal: to build a mobile chicken coop. The creator introduces his dog and the concept of repurposing an old hay wagon as the foundation for the coop. He explains his plan (or lack thereof) and highlights key features like specialized nest boxes. The hay wagon is shown with its original wooden deck, steel frame, and vintage Chevrolet hubcaps, parked in a grassy area on the farm.
