What happens here
Work resumes on Day 3 with a fresh supply of milled lumber. The remaining wall frames are constructed and secured to the hay wagon. Next, the rough-cut 3/4-inch pine siding planks are cut to length using a circular saw and attached vertically to the outside of the framed walls using the Senco nail gun. The planks are butt-jointed tightly while still wet, allowing them to shrink and create small air gaps for natural ventilation as they dry. An old shed door is repurposed to serve as the main access door, requiring careful disassembly to extract the frame.
Goal: Enclose the coop structure with wooden siding
