Willys Jeep Rescue: ENGINE FIRE!!! Jeep finally fires..then CATCHES FIRE!!
What happens here
The creator begins by replacing the distributor cap and rotor. He pops out two pins to remove the old cap, noting that the internal tab on the old cap is broken. He then removes the old rotor, which is cracked and busted. He installs the new rotor, ensuring the wires from the old cap are transferred to the new cap in the correct firing order (1-3-4-2) which is conveniently stamped on the engine. After replacing these two parts, he attempts to start the Jeep using the old spark plugs, but there is still no spark.
Goal: Replace the distributor cap and rotor to restore spark.
