Operating the Eggmobile (Mobile Layer Hen Housing)

Why isn't everyone farming like this?
What happens here
The Eggmobile (a large, mobile chicken coop made from repurposed mobile home chassis with a slatted floor) houses approximately 800 layer hens. It is moved daily or every few days (typically 3-4 days behind cattle) using a tractor to provide new forage. The slatted floor allows manure to drop directly onto the pasture, providing fertilizer and attracting fly larvae, grasshoppers, and crickets for the chickens to eat. Electric netting (Millennium Feathernet by Premier1Supplies) is used to create enclosed quarter-acre paddocks around the Eggmobile. This fencing prevents ground predators, and guard geese (if present) protect against aerial predators.
Goal: Manage mobile housing and rotational grazing for layer hens.
