Why isn't everyone farming like this?

What happens here

Use a specialized dolly (simple metal frame with two wheels and a crossbar) to move the mobile chicken shelters (10 ft by 12 ft by 2 ft high) to fresh ground daily. Position the dolly's arms under the shelter's frame, lift, and roll the shelter forward to an adjacent, ungrazed area. This allows chickens access to a fresh 'salad bar' of forage and a clean 'lounge area', improving their health and cleanliness. Remove the feeder/drinker before moving and replace it after. One person can move these shelters efficiently.

Goal: Relocate broiler chicken shelters daily for fresh pasture access.
