My dishwasher, it was getting no power. I did a little YouTube search, so then I came down here and I started popping these screws off along the top. Once you take the 14 screws off around the entire door, this whole little piece right here's just gonna lift up. Is all black, smells charred, and the wiring harness, a couple of these are just completely jacked up and awed out of there. So, I did a little research. This is a couple hundred bucks, a new part of the wiring harness is a couple hundred bucks and a little bit too spending when it was all said and done to repair this thing, so we're gonna be replacing it. We got a new one right here, so come along. Let's get the fixing. Shut the water off to your dishwasher. You wanna disconnect your drain line. Gotta set them from a high loop, pop that off. Let's screw this. Worm clamp. You want a little something to catch some water, right? You're gonna get a little taste. Kinda like a taste of that sweet footwear right there. Crock life. Crocks and socks, baby. Check this out. If you wanna save the bottom of your cabinet, this is how you do right here. These extreme mats are some kind of mat that's custom-molded to fit the bottom of a cabinet is awesome. This thing holds like two and a half gallons of water. I got no affiliation with these guys, but I do really enjoy their product. On screw to this bottom panel, you can see I've already taken the power out, right? Because I check this the other day. We've got the power off. The power is capped off. So when you're doing things like this, it's gonna have a little volt alert, something. Check it all, make sure it's dead before you start anything. I'm gonna disconnect the water line now. We've got two screws up in here. We've got to remove those. And now we're able to take this. Just kind of shimmy it out of place. While at the same time back here, making sure that our hose is feeding out. This is still really good. It's not that old, and I'm gonna be reusing it. Get our flex line taken off, you hear? This bad boy over. Pop this cover plate off for the bottom pops off. Definitely a different level of chancy here. So the drain goes right here. You're going to go with the elbow piece. All right, so this hose better work out. It's so cheap looking. That setup is funny, you need. You wanna take the silver clamp and that's what's gonna be put on there. Let me get this bad boy tucked in place. All right, we're gonna put that up there. Cause I don't feel like that's on still lot. And this is crazy, man. I got water leaking everywhere. You know, it's an interesting thing. First time these little bad boys, I want something different. Just a little bit flatter with a couple teeth here. And I think we're gonna be, yeah, good to go. This could be a little bit better. All right, got that on straight. We also got a little drip tray right here that can come out before installation. Just click these little tabs right here. This thing pops out. And I guess it's got a little water sensor on it. That's pretty cool. Pop that out. Grab our Flex Supply, new dishwasher 90. Big shout out to my neighbor Doug. He had one of these. I was gonna have to go buy one. It's kind of crazy. Why would you not put one of these with it? I didn't buy the cheapest thing on the market either. That's what blows my mind. We'll let that remain a little flexible. We're not tight not all the way up yet. Get the electrical panel off. We're gonna take one of these electrical due hikis that holds wire in place. Put it up under there. Get the installation on it. Things got some tabs. Might help. Keep it now in place. Pulled it. Clips right here. I'm out right like so. This one there. Once it's in place, we'll grab that with our pliers a little bit. Just twist down. Keep that from moving around too much on us. Come down here to these feet. I think we want to go up. I'm not gonna take the whole gap out of it, but we want to go up. Get rid of some of that. If you have an option to do free install with your dishwasher, do it. My personal opinion, it's worth it. So we've got barely a little gap right there. That fits very nicely. And so you'll adjust the legs up or down, front and back to give the level that you need both ways. Once all that's hooked up, we've almost got zero gap here. And we are ready to put this in. Stainless steel is sharp, okay? We just need to get some screws in this. Just pop this back in place. That's for our high loop. And so using that spring type clamp, we're gonna use this worm clamp, the existing one. It's gonna work out a lot better. Grab our supply line connection here. Get that tightened down. Get that tightened up right there. We just gotta get our wire out from under there and over here. I didn't have you fumble through the electric with me, but you can see ground neutral hot, we're rocking here. Let's connect this drip tray back up. Okay. Turn that water back on. Turn the power back on. Oh, we got power. Make sure you get all your stuff out of these things. They always put a bunch in there. And let's give it a test. We got quick wash, hour and five. Start. All right, well, we got some water flowing there. All to see the kind of leak. Uh, let's see a drain. It all looks gravy, baby. Oh, button it up. I'm leaving the plastic on this for a little while. You've seen how dirty my other one was. Hey, so here's my thought on this at the end of the day. If you can pay somebody a hundred dollars to do an install on this for you, do it, right? Or if you get free installation with it, do it. Okay, because in my opinion, it's worth it. Maybe I'm just out of shape with my dishwasher installs. All right, but it seemed like there was a lot more little nuance things with this particular one that I dealt with in a while. I really hope you folks are enjoying the videos.
