What the Heck is an air fryer? 4 simple, somewhat healthy foods to cook in an air fryer
What happens here
Slice potatoes into fry-like sticks. Whisk three eggs in a bowl with a splash of milk. Place House Autry chicken seasoned breading mix in a large bowl. Use a 'one wet hand, one dry hand' technique for breading: dip a chicken wing (or potato stick) into the egg mixture with one hand (wet hand), then transfer it to the breading mix and coat it thoroughly with the dry hand. Place the coated chicken wings into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded to allow for even cooking. Cook for 22 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Halfway through, use a wooden spoon to stir and separate the wings. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 220 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure they are fully cooked. Repeat with any remaining chicken wings.
Goal: Cook crispy and flavorful chicken wings using the air fryer.
