What happens here
After all slats are installed, perform a final visual inspection of the entire skirting section to ensure all pieces are securely fastened, properly aligned, and that there are no protruding nails. If desired, apply wood putty to fill nail holes, sand the surface, and then apply a protective finish like stain or sealant to enhance durability and aesthetics. The video concludes with a view of the completed deck skirting, showing the finished look.
