What happens here

After the land has been graded, the next phase involves preparing for planting. This includes acquiring essential soil amendments like lime to adjust pH, 17-17-17 fertilizer to provide nutrients, and Contractor's Choice premium grass seed for establishing ground cover. These materials will be applied using a tractor equipped with a three-point hitch spreader. The video shows bags of these materials and mentions the future steps of broadcasting them across the newly prepared field. The goal is to enrich the soil and encourage healthy growth of the new vegetation.
