(14,204 characters)[music] >> Okay, guys. We're putting it all on the line. As you guys have followed me [music] for a quite a few years, I've always tried to give you everything that I could and the best things that I could give you was a education and with a little bit of entertainment. But, recently since we started the Dirt Monkey Shop, we've been trying to take it to the next [music] level. And for us, we gave away our first personal work truck. It was Timmy's work truck. We built that [music] out, we connected it up with a trailer, and we gave that to one of you guys, and we felt the change that [music] that made. And so then we went and decided, "Let's try it again." And we bought a second truck, and we gave that one away, but we didn't buy the right truck. And this time, we're really hoping that we [music] picked up the right truck that's going to help you guys out. We've got We've combined this truck, and we built this thing [music] out ourselves. Timmy, Alex, and I put everything on the line. Tommy found it for us. The team is putting [music] it together. We've got Danny editing this thing to to put this together for you guys. But then we also reached out, and we used what we use in our own business, and that's a Southland dump trailer. So, this truck is way over built. I personally have never been able to drive a truck this nice for work in my entire life, but would I want to? Absolutely. But, the Southland dump trailer that it's connected to is something that we use on a day-to-day basis. So, we're combining new things that we've never tried before like a really sick truck plus a new trailer, which is brand new as well, that we have used before to create something to give to one of you guys to help you build your own dream. But, I want to actually have Alex take it away and show you everything that we did to this truck to get it to this point. Alex, you want to come in here and Yeah. and and go over this with them? For starters, we got rid of all the chrome on it. I mean, we left a little bit just to be tasteful with the wheels, but we chrome deleted all of this stuff here. Uh we did a our buddies over at Tire Pros wheel experts uh did a 6-in ReadyLift for us. They hooked us up with some 24-in Arena Monarch rims. These aren't even for sale yet. You can't even get your hands on it. We're the first ones with them, so these things are really really cool. 24-in wheels, we went ahead and we color matched [music] the side of the fender. We tuxedoed the top. Tinted the windows out, window flares, black handles, and even back here we continued it with the 24-in Arena Monarch rims. Back here, if you come back here, you can see we got some super heavy-duty suspension in there. So, this can handle whatever kind of load you need. There's there's eight leaf springs in there. So, I mean, this thing's super super beefy. We didn't stop there. We smoked out the tail lights. We got some big bad uh mud flaps on there to keep everything from ruining your brand new trailer. And then back here, we didn't stop there. We got a 30,000-lb hitch, so that thing can really hold up any kind of weight you guys throw onto it. And then to connect the trailer here, we got this Pennington flagship hitch right here. This is a 20,000-lb rated hitch. Again, the trailer is only 14, but this is 20,000 lb. We want to overkill everything so that you can work this truck for a very, very long time. Three-way tailgate right here. >> [snorts] >> Then on the interior, we got nice High Country interior. Super clean, fully loaded truck in here. I mean, this thing's ready to work, play, whatever you want to use it for. Side matched the side steps, but we left the top black cuz once you step on that one time, we don't want you to chip the new paint, so little stuff like that. What about the tuner in it? It has a 95-horsepower Banks tuner in it as well. And an AFE cold air intake. So, that tuner adds an extra 95 horsepower, but it has not been deleted, but it just adds extra horsepower in there to the tire system. And a nice AFE intake here. You can see that there. All of that just helps add to the performance of this truck so that when you're actually having a lot of weight behind you, it can it can tow it no problem. It was You stomp on it and she I've never been in a dually that would do anything like that. That tuner helps take out the lag, too. And you know, I seen the videos online, thought, "Oh, that stuff's a scam." But when I got in this truck and the second you hit that gas, it's going. In any other truck that doesn't have that in it, you hit the gas, you count to three, and then you're going. So, it really makes a huge difference. Feels like a Formula 1 race car instead of a dual rear-wheel drive 1-ton pickup truck. Right. Yeah. Yeah, it's it's a it's a great truck. So, but then we did some other stuff. Like, look at the rims. Like, those rims you can't get. Nobody can get these rims. And the Tire Pros guys, where are they out of? Tommy, where are they out of? Oakhaven? Stillwater and Stillwater and Hudson. Stillwater and Hudson. So, this is not the national chain, you guys. This is a private company that we worked with. Those aren't available. But, they got them for us to give to one of you guys. I mean, this is pretty special. This is pretty awesome just to see the team come together to do this. And then, what else are we missing on this thing, Alec? That's That's pretty much it. Just the color matching, ReadyLift 6-in lift kit, 24-in Arena Monarch rims. The tires, 37-in by 1350 tires. And it's a High Country, so it doesn't get to You don't get a better model than that one. No. >> So, we didn't skip out on anything. I mean, this was something that when we built this thing, we wanted someone that not only could work with this thing, but could be proud of it as well. Yeah, go to work in it and then take your wife out in it. Yeah. >> it's a great all-around ready-to-use practical truck. I mean, not lifted too big, not not overdone. It's really well-built, heavy-duty, ready to get to work. What about that dump trailer? Uh Tim can explain the dump trailer. Yeah, well, we just wanted to pair this truck with a dump trailer. They're the Swiss Army knife of trailers. So, you can use these things for hauling your equipment around and hauling all your rock and materials that you need to get the job done. So, figured it'd be the perfect setup with this truck to >> But, but the Southland dump trailer is no ordinary dump trailer. Let's get very straight why we picked the Southland dump trailer because the Southland dump trailer has the exact same body composition of our dump truck. So, when we flip the bed up and you look at the undercarriage of this We've got a whole video on this alone, you guys. Just so if you wanted to see what they do different. But, one of the things that these Southland guys There's a couple things that they do that's absolutely insanely different. How they configure the bed of this truck is of this dump truck this dump trailer is exactly like a dump truck with two rails that go down a Can we want to show you that? And the paint, some of you guys have said, "Oh, we don't like the paint on the Southland trailer." The paint process that they use on the Southland [music] dump trailer is exactly the same paint process that they use on pickup trucks. It's not a powder coat, it's an actually they can color match these things to any truck you want. Now, as we we look underneath here, this is the important thing. And again, we're going to cover this in a full video that's coming out, you guys. But you see this engineered seal design? Southland is the one that does this better than anybody else. So, when you look down here, you don't have these beams running this way, and then your floor looks like a wash bed. You've got an engineered seal design there, and then when you actually look underneath, you can see where the hoist connects into the engineered seal design. So, there's other companies now that are starting to duplicate what Southland is doing. You know what? If it ain't broke, don't fix it, right? So, other companies are seeing, "Hey, Southland's got this dialed in. We're going to do the exact same thing." But they're not doing this. So, they're finding that their floors are having problems where Southland does not have those problems. So, Southland to me is ahead of the game, and Southland is the trailer system that you run on a day-to-day basis. Yep, and then we've had it for years now, and yeah, holds up great. Haven't had a problem with it. It was one of our favorite dump trailers. >> I like it. Yeah. Never had an issue with it lifting ever with a BB twice. No. And it's it's it's not a big massive trailer. It's small, so when you can load it down, it feels it feels good sitting I mean, is that is that a weird thing to say that it It pulls It pulls nice. It feels good. It's just a good feeling trailer. Yeah. I've had other trailers where you connect it, and you you kind of feel this. Yeah, and you hear them clanging and knocking around that you don't I don't get that with the Southland, you hook up to it, and sometimes you forget you've got a trailer behind you. You you really do. You're like Oh, Yeah, I got to I can't take that turn that narrow because I got a trailer back there. So, that's why we teamed up. We're putting it all out on the line to give to one of you guys. So, hopefully that this hopefully this builds one of your guys' dreams. Hopefully, that's what this is going to do. But, if you want to help us continue to do this, go into the Dirt Monkey shop cuz here's what we're doing, guys. This is how we're able to pull these off. We're helping our vendors. We started an entire shop where we found small companies. We're not like Home Depot, Menards, or Lowe's where we're selling these giant name brand things. I go to these trade shows and I find these small mom-and-pop shops that have put everything on the line. They've done everything they possibly can to create the most amazing thing that they can, but they have zero clue how to market it. And that's [clears throat] just the way they are. These inventors have no idea about marketing. So, Timmy, Alex, Tommy, and I put together this one-stop shop called the Dirt Monkey shop where we can take all of these cool things that we find and put them in one place. And we try to get as many people to go to our shop and check out a lot of the cool stuff we have there. But, one of the things that helps us out personally is buying our merch. That's what drives these truck sales for us is if you buy any of our hats, our t-shirts, got a sweatshirt? Got a sweatshirt. Sweatshirts. You buy one of our sweatshirts, that's really what helps us. So, a rising tide raises all ships. I've always said that. If we can help the people that are on our website, and we can come out better by helping you guys by selling our own merchandise on that website, then it's a win-win-win. So, I hope that this strikes home with you guys because that's the whole point to this channel has been from 15 years ago. As a contractor that had no clue. You know how I got started was my old man. If he hadn't been there helping me out, I wouldn't have done it. Timmy and I worked with my old man how many years? I don't know. Probably 10, 15 I suppose. >> Yeah, yeah. Before he passed away and then I just kept I I held that mantle, but he's what built that work ethic and that drive into us and I realized there's not a lot of people that have that in their life. And so when I started the YouTube channel, the whole reason I started it was to help guys that didn't have that. They didn't have the knowledge. They didn't have someone spurring them on. They didn't have someone encourage them how to do it. And the only thing I could use was my words. That's all I had. And you and I we we'd out without shoot videos and we would give away every single secret we ever had. I remember that one. Sure you want to tell them how to bid that? You sure? Yep. Yep. I was like, >> Yep. Okay. Yeah, he's Timmy was always like, "You sure we want to do that?" And I'm like, "Yeah, Timmy, we want to do it because we're not taking anything with us. When we leave this earth, the only thing we're leaving behind is our wisdom and what we've been able to foster in other people. But now we've been able to have the blessing to be able to do this. And this helps us take it to the absolute next level. This to me is a dream come true. This is where I want to go with everything. [music] I This is To me, this has brought the excitement back into what we're doing. You [music] know, I'm going to tell you right now, I'll be honest with you. Being a contractor is probably one of the hardest and easiest things you can ever do simultaneously. Yeah. Easy to get work. Hard to make that work profitable. Hard to make that work enjoyable. Hard to make that take that work [music] to the next level. And if we can give someone a leg up, this is a leg up. >> It's a definitely a leg up. This is This takes the payments off from their books. This takes the worry and had headache and hassle in the slow season, what am I going to do? This takes and removes all of that. This gives these guys the opportunity to just be able to go forward confidently and then to reinvest into themselves and into their own company to build their own dream. And I hope I hope it strikes home with you guys. And I do appreciate you guys tuning in so many years. So, this is my way of back to you guys. So, thank you for that. Anything else you want to say to me? Yeah, and just good luck to whoever takes this home or congratulations cuz that's a I'd love to drive this thing around. I would, too. I would, too. And it's inside the Dirtbike shop. >> [music] >> And make sure you check it out because we do run specials. So, we we make sure that we try to give back to you guys, but it's all inside the Dirtbike shop, you guys. But that's all I got to say. Alex, you got anything? No? We're good? That's it for this one. God bless you guys and go get them. We'll see you on another one.
