What happens here

After demolition, the area where the new deck will be built is prepared. This involves using a mini excavator equipped with an auger attachment to drill holes for the foundation piles. The helical piles are then screwed into the ground, providing a stable and secure base for the new deck structure. This step is crucial for the long-term stability and safety of the deck. During this process, a lead carpenter ensures the accurate placement and depth of each pile.
