WATER WON'T COME OUT!...EASY Fix for a Outdoor Water Faucet!

What happens here

Carefully reinsert the stem assembly, with the new check valve in place, back into the spigot body on the house. Hand-tighten it first, then use the adjustable jaw wrench to tighten it further. The presenter recommends tightening it 'a little bit past hand-tight' to ensure a good seal. If the spigot body is not firmly mounted to the wall, it might be necessary to use a second wrench as a backup to hold the spigot body steady while tightening the stem to prevent damage to the pipe inside the wall.

Goal: Insert the repaired stem assembly back into the spigot body and tighten it securely with an adjustable wrench.
