Wanted to recap some cool projects we worked on this year, first up is our custom door!!

What happens here

The initial phase involves setting up a stable and flat work surface, which the presenter refers to as using 'two 2x sixes that act as like a subfloor'. This ensures that all components of the door frame are assembled on an even plane. Next, the individual pieces of the door frame are laid out and aligned. Clamps are then extensively used to secure these pieces together, ensuring they are held tightly and precisely aligned before drilling and fastening. This clamping process is crucial for achieving a 'smooth transition' and a 'nice and flush' face on the finished door.

Goal: Set up a flat work surface and use clamps to precisely align and secure the individual components of the custom exterior screen door frame before assembly.
