Turning A Pressure Washer Into A Sewer Jetter! #helpingothers #diy #plumbing
What happens here
Once the hydro jetting hose is sufficiently inserted into the drain, the person operating the pressure washer trigger can begin to squeeze it, activating the high-pressure water flow. The person guiding the hose should slowly and steadily advance the hose further into the drain, allowing the powerful jets to cut through and flush away the clog. The rear-facing jets will help propel the hose through the pipe. Continue to feed the hose and pull it back slowly, repeating passes as needed, until the water flows freely and debris is cleared. In the video, the jetter successfully clears a culvert, with water and debris flowing out the other side.
Goal: Activate the pressure washer and slowly advance the hydro jetting hose, allowing the high-pressure water to break up and flush away the clog while observing the cleared flow.
