Traeger Pork Butt Recipe

What happens here

Begin by gathering all necessary ingredients: a bone-in pork butt (approximately 6.5 to 7 lbs), Meat Church Holy Gospel BBQ rub, 100% apple juice, Bragg organic apple cider vinegar, and honey. The host explains that the pork butt can be cooked on a smoker grill or in a conventional oven. To prepare the spritzer mix, combine approximately 1/3 Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar with 2/3 100% Apple Juice in a spray bottle. Shake the apple cider vinegar first to activate the 'mother' for flavor. The apple cider vinegar's acidity helps to penetrate the meat, drawing in juices and flavor.

Goal: The video introduces the key ingredients for smoking a bone-in pork butt and demonstrates how to prepare the spritzer mix.
