Drain Engine Oil

What happens here

Locate the engine's oil drain plug on the oil pan. Using a ratchet, loosen and remove the oil drain plug, allowing the old engine oil to drain into a suitable drain pan. After the oil has drained, reinstall the oil drain plug, ensuring it is tightened adequately. Do not overtighten, as this can cross-thread the pan.

Goal: Remove old engine oil from the oil pan.
