Pressure Test for Leaks

What happens here

After attaching the hose whip and conversion fittings, it is crucial to pressure test the entire setup with water. Connect the sprayer to a water source and activate it, allowing the system to reach full pressure. Carefully inspect all connection points for any signs of leakage. If leaks are detected, tighten the corresponding fittings further. Testing with water, which has lower viscosity than paint, helps identify leaks more easily before risking paint spills. Once no leaks are observed at full pressure, the setup is ready for painting.
