Inflate Tire and Reinsert Valve Core

What happens here

With the ratchet strap applying pressure, use an air compressor (the presenter uses a DeWalt pancake compressor) to quickly force air into the tire through the valve stem (which still has the valve core removed). This rapid influx of air, combined with the strap's pressure and soapy lubrication, should cause the tire beads to 'pop' into place on the rim. Once the beads are seated, quickly remove the air hose and reinsert the valve core.

Goal: Re-seat the tire bead and secure the valve core.
