THIS WAS IN THE FUEL FILTER!!! YUCK!...WHAT IS IT?

What happens here

The host identifies a previous issue where the tractor would run for about 15 minutes and then die, suggesting a fuel delivery problem. He also points out the need to replace the tractor's old, dry-rotted tires. He shows new front and rear tires obtained for the tractor, including a previously mis-mounted new tire on the rear.

Goal: The video host introduces the John Deere 750 tractor and explains recurring problems: the engine stalling after 15 minutes due to a fuel delivery issue, and the need to replace dry-rotted tires with new ones.
