THIS TOOL SAVES SOO MUCH TIME! #tools

What happens here

Using a pneumatic palm nailer, such as the Bostitch StraShot, begin driving the appropriate structural nails into all designated holes on the side flanges of the joist hanger. These nails secure the hanger to the joist itself. Work systematically, ensuring each nail is driven flush and completely through the hanger and into the lumber. The video shows the user holding the joist hanger with one hand and operating the palm nailer with the other, driving multiple nails into the side of the joist.

Goal: Secure the joist hanger to the joist
