What happens here

After all nails have been driven, visually inspect the installed joist hanger to ensure it is flush, securely attached, and all required fasteners are in place. The joist should be firmly held within the hanger, and the hanger should be tight against both the joist and the ledger. Once confirmed, move on to installing the next joist hanger following the same procedure. The video shows a close-up of the completed installation, then the worker preparing to move to the next joist.
