What happens here

This video showcases the exceptional versatility and durability of Millner-Haufen's multi-purpose drill bits, highlighting their cobalt-titanium-nickel carbon tip composition and chromium-vanadium steel shanks. The bits are demonstrated drilling through challenging materials like cast iron, hammer steel, concrete, ceramic tile, and stainless steel, illustrating their ability to handle hard and abrasive materials with ease. While not explicitly drilling aluminum, the bits' robust design and multi-purpose nature make them highly suitable for softer metals like aluminum, boosting speed and precision in metalwork projects.

Yeah, these are our multi-purpose bits designed to drill through hard and abrasive materials of a variety of different things they'll drill. Let's just start out doing something silly and we can talk more about the bits cuz everybody needs to drill a hole through a hammer. [Music] Now, the reason that can do that, the tips are made out of an alloy of nickel, carbon, titanium, and cobalt. That gives you an edge that's hard without being brittle. And then the shanks are made out of an alloy of chromminadium and tool steel, so they're a lot less likely to break. So the key to our bits working well, follow the speed instructions as best you can. So for something like iron or concrete, you want to go wide open, high speed, heavy feet. And notice what happens when we come through the backside there. Nice and clean, no burr. Turn around with that same bit, pop it in hammer mode, no problem whatsoever. Now, if you want to drill something like tile, slow it down. It's also recommended to use water. I don't have any water handy right now, so I'm drilling it dry, but you should use water. And then if you want to drill something like stainless, hit it with a little spray lubricant. And you're going to kind of go medium speed. This is a 304 polish stainless. It's the film that keeps foaming. You got it, baby. And if you ever do wear out the bit, and it takes quite a while to wear them out, just like our other products, when you do wear it out, get it back to us. We'll swap you out.
