What happens here

The Equipter 7000 is designed for versatility, allowing operators to quickly switch between a debris box and pallet forks. The forks are stored directly within the debris box when not in use, demonstrating efficient design. The boom also features an extra joint, allowing it to retract compactly. For maintenance, the unit is equipped with a Briggs and Stratton Vanguard engine that is easily accessible via removable lids and platforms. Hydraulic hoses are designed with service slots and shorter runs to simplify repairs.

Goal: The Equipter 7000 features a quick-change system for attachments like forks and a debris box, alongside a focus on easy serviceability with accessible components and short hydraulic hose runs.

the forks to switch to the debris box um there might even be other uh other accessories coming in the future um there's actually an extra joint here which is unusual for T handlers so as you can see right now it's here more like a t Handler this will actually um become more in line with your boom and you can actually suck this thing pretty much Within its own envelope which gives it a really compact um stance for getting around on the job site serviceability you did a lot of details on serviceability like the hoses right so as we look at this boom you guys the hose this hose right here if you rupture that hose you don't have to try to fish this all the way through the boom you've got it designed so like you've got a service slot here here you can take that hose off and instead of having a long run you got a short hose yep yep I really tried to think about you guys in the service element make it easy to fix not like some of this stuff that's really uh complex but in the midst of that we don't want to take away from the features so it's really robust the Software System the software platform the Hydraulics control system it's all you know state of the art so let's take a look at this engine this is a Briggs and Straton Vanguard engine you've done some things in here just to make even servicing that a little bit more user friendly is that right yep so you can pop off this lid you can uh there's four bolts and if you would need to work on your pump you need to work on your Hydraulics here you could actually take this platform up and it actually rests up here so you can kind of work on it we've got access holes for you know changing your oil all the basic stuff but it's not you know buried under some Hood somewhere it's uh it should be pretty accessible but no this is not a brand new prototype experimental piece of equipment guys got to worry about getting the first one that's going to break because a lot of the design for this came from the equipter 4000 which has been out on the market tried and true and tested Y and so what you did is you used what's worked here and then took it to the next stage here is that right yeah so we're really trying to take it to the next level so um really so much of what's on the 7,000 is very similar um and yet uh yet different so for example we got a debris box in both cases um this is the debris box for the 7,000 and these Lids will fold up and over close and this is actually the even the same lid so going back to service…
