all right we're good I got it all right guys I'm in Lancaster Pennsylvania Pennsylvania did I say it right you did did I did all right guys this is Josiah and I'm with equipter and the first time I ever met you guys was at equip Expo when I seen the TOA lift right so this was your new model about 6 months ago but you guys have something even bigger and does even more and that's this unit right behind me what is this that we're looking at so this is the equipter 7000 it's a four-wheel drive fourwh steer fully remote controlled tandler with uh with a debris box so you've got a three-stage boom we're going about twice as high as the equipter 4000 so um to the floor of that box you're around 25 ft once you get up there and you get that to the Second Story it's completely remote control and self power right and you guys do this with a Briggs and strand a good old gasoline powered engine Y and this allows you to switch switch between forks and a debris box but you actually took it a little bit further you created a piece of equipment that can tow down the road like a tandem axle trailer that's right and you have a patent on what you can do will you walk me through that part absolutely first all wheel wheel Cent up hit the button now we're in crab up hit the button again now only the the hitch ax is going the steer and one more time and we're back to All Wheel steer that yeah so we've been working on this for like 6 years um been quite a journey but uh yeah so the the real magic of what's happening is we wanted it to be easy as an operator you know you drive this thing up just like our equipter 4000 you drive this thing up to your truck you in this case move the axle back and then you should be ready to go let's back this up a little bit you have a number of patents just on how the axle engages and disengages right so when you want to go down the road the axle automatically slides back and this becomes a tandem axle trailer mhm and then when you're ready to go to work mhm you disconnect that hitch and but before you do that the axle slides back forward re-engages the hitch will come up and off and your operator stands safely to the side Y and then from there he can take that right into a job site and he can choose to have the debris box on he can put the forks on he can use this to unload pallets of of whatever he wants to unload or switch to the debris box and use that to haul or hike whatever he needs to to hike is that right that's exactly right so so just to highlight a few features here one of the uh really cool things I think is cool is when this hitch comes out it's actually a toggle and it actually locks so no lockout hubs a guy doesn't have to worry about remembering that as long as the machine knows that hey we're going into work mode it does all of those things for you now you've got a three-stage telescoping placed on this boom telescoping boom so you got auxiliary Hydraulics here at the end um we've got our interface here for the forks to switch to the debris box um there might even be other uh other accessories coming in the future um there's actually an extra joint here which is unusual for T handlers so as you can see right now it's here more like a t Handler this will actually um become more in line with your boom and you can actually suck this thing pretty much Within its own envelope which gives it a really compact um stance for getting around on the job site serviceability you did a lot of details on serviceability like the hoses right so as we look at this boom you guys the hose this hose right here if you rupture that hose you don't have to try to fish this all the way through the boom you've got it designed so like you've got a service slot here here you can take that hose off and instead of having a long run you got a short hose yep yep I really tried to think about you guys in the service element make it easy to fix not like some of this stuff that's really uh complex but in the midst of that we don't want to take away from the features so it's really robust the Software System the software platform the Hydraulics control system it's all you know state of the art so let's take a look at this engine this is a Briggs and Straton Vanguard engine you've done some things in here just to make even servicing that a little bit more user friendly is that right yep so you can pop off this lid you can uh there's four bolts and if you would need to work on your pump you need to work on your Hydraulics here you could actually take this platform up and it actually rests up here so you can kind of work on it we've got access holes for you know changing your oil all the basic stuff but it's not you know buried under some Hood somewhere it's uh it should be pretty accessible but no this is not a brand new prototype experimental piece of equipment guys got to worry about getting the first one that's going to break because a lot of the design for this came from the equipter 4000 which has been out on the market tried and true and tested Y and so what you did is you used what's worked here and then took it to the next stage here is that right yeah so we're really trying to take it to the next level so um really so much of what's on the 7,000 is very similar um and yet uh yet different so for example we got a debris box in both cases um this is the debris box for the 7,000 and these Lids will fold up and over close and this is actually the even the same lid so going back to service ability so many parts even we've tried to keep the same you have the same tires there as your cter uh 4,000 even the tow lift is even the same tire so and you actually lock your forks right in here so when you want to have your debris box you've got it when you want Forks they're already locking the debris box in little things this is where These Guys these guys have been put an amazing amount of thought when you're going to dump your debris box little C it but when you're dumping over that safety catches out and automtic gravity power the guy doesn't have to hit a safety catch to make sure that they don't lose their entire box it takes care of it for you you've got mats built right into the bottom of your debris box you've got roof choots roof shoot storage gutter guard storage gutter guard Outrigger pad storage in the back powered tailgate all the features you would expect on any of our other cook products okay so when does all of this goodness come out so the uh the Nationwide launch is going to be February 6th at the IR but this is going to be production um the production for this is going to be in 2025 and you can find that at equip.org yep and then you also have a pre-order guide up there right now that's right and it's a pretty straightforward what is it like $500 down or something like that so it's if you guys are interested I would say get them because you you're gonna have limited prod our production is going to be somewhat limited so you're going to want to get those orders in so that you can uh yeah get your unit all right guys I'm at equipter headquarters and I learned quite a bit things I had no clue about the equipment that these guys build is amazing and I'm going to be showing you that if you haven't already seen it but I actually wanted to tell you a little bit about the company itself um I'm in Lancaster now I'm never going to say that right Philadelphia but let's walk in and see Dave he's the president Dave how are you hey St good to see you so uh guys this is Dave he's the president and uh I was just telling these guys I actually wanted to learn a little bit about the company we've seen some of the equipment we're going to see more about the equipment but can you tell me a little bit about the company my dad's the owner so I'm one of the sons and so it was back in 1987 dad started a roofing business and then um was doing Roofing the hard way you know and just out of that was like there's got to be a better way and so that's when we invented uh one of the first equips which is the 4,000 model and so that you built it for yourself we built it for ourselves okay uh over 20 years ago how many people do you employ now so now we're about 65 employees 65 full-time people you you started out with a need MH and then you kind of morphed yeah morphed into um equipment manufacturing and so now we're you know again 20 years later we're building uh the 4,000 and you know the new stuff that's coming out that you second second generation so it's you um it's it's me my brother Ray I have a brother-in-law Jeremiah then I got brother Sam and Josh um all help run the company yeah Sam and Josh parttime in it dad's dad's in it full full head of steam so he's he's the like the Visionary of the bunch you know he's the one that uh you you get all the uh crazy ideas and so then then we got to piece it together and make it happen so any of you guys have a dad like that they do the thinking and then the kids do the hard work it's it's good stuff we enjoy that's the kind of companies I like though the small family run companies where they you know it came from a need and it just it felt right you know coming out here I got to tour your facility and you guys have grown I mean and we're in building one which you didn't think you were going to need you fill out right then you've got building two then you've got building three yeah and yeah and it just keeps going it keeps going and we're excited because uh these new products that are that are out um yeah I think this guy's the limit as to how how efficient it's going to make construction and and using the right equipment for for the job so very good well hey I just want to say thanks for having me out um I love doing stuff like this and uh let's just keep going thanks Dave all right well that's all we've got for you on this one it was amazing coming out here I mean I honestly this is beautiful country yeah I mean it's just amazing Lancaster say it again for me Lancaster Pennsylvania Lancaster Lancaster Lancaster Pennsylvania you're going to I'll eventually get it next thing you know I'm going to have a big Amish hat out here with my hores that's all we got for you on this one I really do appreciate it thanks hope you guys enjoyed the ride I had a blast hope you guys had a blast finding some new equipment but there's a lot more from these guys I mean they have the equipter 4000 they've got the TOA lift you've got a crane y hooked up in front of one of these things you guys have so much amazing equ we got little ones we've got flat beds and there's so much more to come yeah it's amazing awesome that's it for this one God bless you guys go get them we'll see you on another
