The "Ultimate Dump" trailer

all right guys well the last guy i was showing you those last guy walked up and uh long story short i will never allow someone the ability to edit my videos or edit my content to you guys and he didn't feel comfortable going on without having the last rights to take a look at what i was posting and so that it's not gonna happen i bring you the content that way it's not getting skewed by a manufacturing company but i want to show you guys something with this this is called the cobra liner if you guys take a look hi hi cobra liner i think i was talking to these guys about this this is like a bed liner that you guys wrapped in the entire trailer it is for you guys daryl hi daryl nice to meet you i'm stay on genetics they call me the dirt monkey and i was walking i was walking by and i seen this liner that you guys have on this trailer and i stopped because it looks like a bed liner and i don't think i've ever seen a dump trailer and this is something you guys actually do right at the at the company right and you right you fret you do the whole thing under top everything okay what else should we know about it um well we call it kroger liner so we specialize in doing it on our cargo so what we wanted to do is if you look at the back end of the cargo see if you look at everybody else's this is all capped and it's just painted metal and this is where it always rusts so we started putting this on at 150 degrees it sticks and it's got a great adhesion okay it's thick and we do the tongue the same way so it's differentiates and now we are looking at operating dumpsters cargo line standard but you have this whole thing basically encapsulated this one is yes look at this top is it on the inside too on the inside too won't the concrete and rubble going into it chip it i haven't had a problem with it but we are considering just painting the inside and just wrapping hey my pitch okay [Music] this is an option though right yes so i don't think i've ever seen this in any other trailer company period right there might be one up in canada but very few okay is this how does this compare to standard because there's different qualities of bed liners out there let's talk about that i mean we all know there's different qualities of bed lenses well how does this compare to you know what which one would this be like we're using uh top of the line spray equipment putting on 150 degrees we're doing a full undercoat primer we're etching the mattress he said the right words you guys i'm like is he etching it is he etching it yes and so basically we've got it etched primered and then put on with a great coat and 150 degrees so we're using the best equipment we could buy the best product we could buy how much does this add to the cost of a piece of equipment it varies but it's you know probably 3 500 you're kidding me right three to five hundred dollars for a whole dump trailer like this because we're supplementing one thing for another we're using a premium paint on them so instead of using the premium paint i would do this any day of the week well that's the whole reason for bringing it and we wanted to get engage people's reactions to it of should we do this dude i did this on a skid steer years ago years ago then i did it on a backhoe with a paint on and stuff but this this gets harder over time this see this reminds me of linux i've got rhino lining rhino lining is a softer compound and then linux and then then the next one up from linux i believe is bullet liner and bullet liners what i did i did something all in both my jeep i did my jeep ball and bullet liner it's amazing that's amazing material it's amazing and this gets harder as it ages yes this is a weak hole it's still a little bit you can feel it but you can put it once you shoot it it goes straight into the ring it dries almost instantly thank you sir nice to meet you appreciate it you won't see this on the website it won't it won't be on the website really how oh how do guys get it then i mean if they want it how do they get it you have to go to one of our dealers so we sell to a dealer network okay so and then requested special and so to ask trailers booth looks like they've got a dump with a scissor hoist here goose neck over there and here is one of them equipment trailer some of you guys may like i don't know how big are these axles two eight k's it's a 16k and you're running goodyear's tires on them okay you got deck options ramp options i should say do we have do you guys offer deck options or is it all standard wood okay okay okay you will do you currently have it uh no this is our prototype for next year it doesn't have the blackboard on it so we wanted to build a nice heavy duty line okay 16k and we'll also have a 16k tilt as well similar frame and it's coming out yes for next year next year absolutely so it's not available yet not yet that's correct if these guys want to see what you do have available where would for trailers so we're just trying to make sure we don't over commit we want to deliver quality products smart nice big fat uh storage compartment for sure in this lid a lot of a lot of companies and trailer manufacturers just says that you've put generators nice solid supports in there for those reasons we also put a three-inch and we use five-inch to make the frame stronger as well oh can you see it under there yes i do good what now you said something about the hitch earlier sean yeah we use demco we use demco couplers top the line in the industry with the easy latch system so here's a story you guys didn't know sean didn't want to be on camera do you see how i kind of got him to do that he was like hey can i just tell you all about it i'm like sure you can sure you can alright guys your day you too all right that's the liberty trailer coming next year you guys and there's your two store there's your two ramp options so as you're going down the road i want to see how they actually secure the ramps down over here [Music] okay so that's how they do it right there okay so you can travel with it flipped up or flipped down so for every big text trailer you buy you get one of these included is that is that the way that goes [Laughter] in the united states oh that's what he's told us here that's really cool but i'm looking actually looking at this ramp system can i can i can we unfold this once so raise it all the way up and you'll pin these bars first before you fold it in half okay people are wanting more cargo capacity so we take in uh the same uh style and and design that we have on our smaller dumps and have super sized it so we've got a low profile dump trailer here uh with an ib mainframe but we have 10 000 pound torsion axles on this bad boy so it gives us a gvwr of 22 000 pounds a payload capacity about 15 500 pounds um torsion axle so you get a real smooth ride you've got load range j tires here so they're more than equipped for what you need three foot tall sides are standard on this you can option up the four foot high sides so you get plenty of cubic capacity inside the box uh this is a gooseneck model so it gives you a lot of uh maneuverability but we also have a bump the full model as well this one is equipped standard or excuse not standard this is equipped with our optional hydraulic jack system here i'm sorry what's that oh this is the same one that you guys use on the pjs atw exclusive and atw is the overarching company that owns pj big tech i've said that that's a mandatory it's amazing that's mandatory just budget for that just budget for it i don't care who you are right there just budget for it hi dave how you doing nice to meet you sir all right i think he just handed the baton i think that's i think was that what that was handed off all right is this a stillwell jack on the front or is it not this is actually our own hydraulic jack a ten thousand pound high jacket that we build in house okay um this is our ultimate dump trailer it comes uh just as you see it this is a standard configuration so everything you see on this is standard with this mod this arm right here unpins and pulls right off to get out of the way on the back side that can pull down okay you can load it over the side if it's bulky stuff you can throw it in a little easier if you've got your guys shoveling or you've got a small walk behind machine it can reach over the side for sure for sure all right this is the ultimate tailgate yep i got a lever over here you flip to latch the ramp in place so what that does is pushes that bar up and grabs the top and then i can unlatch the bottom now it's going to latch and pivot from the top you know open up so you can dump out is there any way there's any do you have an option where you can make it wide open in case you got you know like stumps or you're hauling anything like that where you're worried about it binding up and catching at the top if you unlatch all the latches at the same time it will fall off but no okay you can't completely take it off i mean i just wondered maybe that's a different option that we're just not seeing at this show hanging up on it but i mean hey that's few and far between i'm just playing every scenario out there because i'm put trying to put my head in the minds of these guys because they're like hey i want to know about this so the idea here is that it's a versatile tool for light construction guys landscape guys especially professional landscapers with multiple crews uh to be efficient and get the job done for wait a minute what's that how much does it cost i don't know i'll find out how much does it cost my dealer or how much does it cost to retail how retail what does these things usually go for this one here is our largest one it's a 16 footer with two 8k axles on it and i should say the aluminum tires and wheels are standard it's got an aluminum spare standard a hydraulic jack in the front everything you see your standard equipment with this trailer it'll retail for about 21 22 000 so it's not an inexpensive burrito yeah but it's not as bad as i think if you're working commercially for a living it gets the job done for you right and if you're getting older and don't want to lift up tailgates it gets the job done for you as well yep all right thank you dave absolutely thank you appreciate your
