Heat and Bend Composite Panel

What happens here

To enable the composite panel to bend along the V-groove, use a heat gun, such as a Milwaukee heat gun, to apply localized heat to the V-groove. Gradually heat the area until the composite material becomes pliable. Once sufficiently heated, carefully bend the panel along the V-groove to form a precise 90-degree corner. It may require two people: one to heat and the other to assist in bending or holding the panel.
