The triple Deckorators miter fold 😤

What happens here

With the composite panels fully prepared, including the bent corner piece, it's time for final assembly onto the structural frame of the outdoor bar/island. The large bent panel is carefully lifted and placed onto the pre-built frame. It is then securely fastened using an air nailer or brad nailer with appropriate fasteners. The other flat panels are also attached to complete the exterior cladding of the bar/island, ensuring a snug fit and consistent alignment.

Goal: Clad the structural frame with composite panels

Tools and materials

  • Air Compressor — Powering the air nailer
  • Air Nailer / Brad Nailer — Fastening the composite panels to the frame
  • Nails/Fasteners — Securing the composite panels
  • Structural Frame — The base onto which the composite panels are attached
  • Prepared Composite Panels — The exterior cladding of the bar/island
